With the Mobile Delivery System for potted plants MDS Visser offers a complete turn key mobile solution for the packing and shipping flow in your company.

The MDS is a mobile indoor shipping solution that shortens the distance between your plants and the packing location.

The system can be moved within your greenhouse by means of wheels quite easily, which is very useful in large greenhouses. 

No more waste of time and money for driving the plants with an expensive truck with driver from the greenhouse to the packing location. 

An AGV Automatic Guided Vehicle automatically brings the trolleys with plants that are ready for shipping automatically to the shipping department.

When the packing season is finished you can store the MDS somewhere else, which creates valuable space for your plants!  
With the MDS you can bring your packing department close to your plants!

The basis of MDS is the Space-O-Mat system which can be extended with the following modules :

• Space-O-Mat Vitoy truck with double transport fork for collecting the pots from the greenhouse to the MDS.
• Buffer conveyor belt for unloading and buffering the pots.
• Manual packing positions for packing separate pot plants into pot carriers.
• Automatic loading system for Danish trolleys (Econo).
• AGV Automatic Guided Vehicle for transport of the Danish trolleys to the shipping department.
