The Visser TDS is a simple but smart system. Each tray has a code with a unique number and information about the variety. This code can be applied by an external company or by your own company. This code is scanned by the Visser system. The software in your company will give the line the following information:

• Product type
• Customer name
• In carton or in tray
• Cart number
• Cart layer (position in cart)
• Which packing lane

This information is being printed on the tray with an inktjet printer. When the tray is being pushed further on the roller conveyor, the correct push over pushes the tray to the correct postion. 

This line is suited for companies that work with large batches or one type of product, but also for companies that work with many different products and customers. The line can also work with products form external companies.
