The PC-21, supplied in its standard form allows additional fingers to be added for increased future capacity. The latest generation PC-21 with its unique design further extends the benefits already provided by the well proven PC-9 range of Visser transplanters.

Features of the PC-21 transplanter:

Standard 8 grippers – additional grippers can be mounted
for future expansion.
Out puts of up to 1000 till 1400 planting cycles per
gripper per hour can be achieved.
User friendly via key pad control and colour screen display.
Simple programming features enable the operator to input new planting combinations.
No mechanical changes required.
Visser’ unique gripper design eliminates the need for bespoke lifting fingers from beneath the tray.
Single gripper size for a wide variety of plug tray cell size i.e. 642 to 72.
All planting combinations are possible including multi plants per cell/pot/basket.
Suitable for cell trays, end packs, pots in carrying trays,
planters and hanging baskets.
100+ planting combinations can be stored and selected from the simple on screen menu in seconds.
Easily integrated in new or existing production systems.
Available in single or three phase versions.
