Tijdens de Boomkwekerij Vakbeurs en Tuinbouw Relatiedagen presenteren wij onze super potplantenlijn! In deze lijn staan, op chronologische volgorde: de DB-40 doseerbunker, Beta pottenvuller, PC-11/4 transplanter, overduwer, brede buffer band en de Vitoy E.

Op 8 september 2009 heeft de Oppositieafdeling van het Europees Octrooibureau (EOB) het Europese octrooi EP 1 455 566 in ongewijzigde vorm in stand gehouden. Heto B.V. had oppositie ingesteld tegen de verlening van dit octrooi. Het door Visser ´s Gravendeel Holding B.V. gehouden octrooi ziet op een potplantenvork voor heftrucks met slechts één ketting per tand. De potplantenvork is daardoor flexibeler in gebruik.

KP Holland heeft dit jaar een nieuwe kas gebouwd naast het bestaande complex voor de ‘kalanchoe’ tak van het bedrijf. De productie van de 7 cm pot en de 12 cm pot is uitgebreid. Vooral voor de 7cm pot werd de gevraagde oppotcapaciteit zo hoog (10.000 per uur), dat het gebruik van een traditionele oppotmachine niet langer haalbaar was. Er moest daarom aan een nieuwe oplossing gedacht worden.

Het vierde Visser dynamische buffer en afleversysteem is geleverd aan Plantenkwekerij P. van Geest in Maasland en draait sinds mei 2009.
Van Geest is een bedrijf van 10 hectare groot, geheel bestaande uit betonvloeren. Van Geest is van oudsher een gerenommeerd opkweekbedrijf van jonge groente planten zoals tomaten en paprika.
De specifieke wensen van deze firma brachten het bedrijf bij Visser I.T.E. De wens om nauwkeuriger, flexibeler en goedkoper te sorteren bracht de firma tot de aanschaf van het VDB. Lees meer over de toepassingen bij firma van Geest.

A remark often heard about the Visser spacing fork is it’s very effective but the learning curve for a new driver can last a few weeks. This is because of the skills necessary to position the pots correctly. When the regular fork lift driver is away a problem may evolve when an inexperienced driver has to fill in. Visser now has a solution for this problem!

The water tunnel and vermiculite spreader of Visser ITE, the WT-450 & VT-450, has been redesigned. The machines are now built completely out of stainless steel for longer life span. The stainless steel makes the machines resistant to many environmental factors and thus ensures a long life. The lines are also very easy to clean.

Ons salesteam heet u van harte welkom op standnummer: 3B13 Op onze stand zullen de nieuwe trommelzaaier, de VITO en de nieuwe VWS II te bezichtigen zijn. Visser heeft het afgelopen jaar weer volop ontwikkeld. Er zijn nieuwe lijnen ontworpen, maar ook efficientieslagen gemaakt in bestaande machines. Aufgrund des 50-jährigen Betriebsjubiläum von Erdbeerkulturen Janssen, findet am Samstag, den 18. September 2010 ein Tag der offenen Tür statt. Bei diesem Tag der offenen Tür soll der Neubau des neuen Standortes von über 2 ha, welcher im letzten Winter gebaut wurde, besichtigt werden können.

The only shipping system in the world that does not tight you down to pot size and/or plant species. The pot and plant sizes are adjustments that can be made in the computer by yourself. Different (more) pot sizes and plants species are no problem and can be realised within a half an hour. Try that with traditional systems...

The ‘Dynagrip’ is the intelligent pot handling robot found in the VDB system. This system will unfortunately not be demonstrated at the Horti Fair this year. Although a lot has happened concerning the Dynagrip. Visser I.T.E. has four successful Dynagrip systems in operation with current orders for several more which will be delivered in the beginning of 2010. The current owners of the Dynagrip are without exception very pleased with the system and continue to find new applications.

During last years Horti Fair Visser has introduced its new patented fully automatic buffer and shipping system for potted plants named VDB, Visser Dynamic Buffer system. The most important advantage compared to other systems is its unprecedented flexibility, so not one pot size but for example pot size 9 up to 23 cm in the same buffer. The pot size is just a setting in the computer.

The Spray-O-Matic is a spraying system that can be transported fully automatically from bay to bay. The big advantage of this system is that it does not need a hose and cable for supply. A small water tank is filled at the beginning of each bay and the spraying beam is supplied with the water from this tank.
