Pic-O-Mat PC-6 Motronic Automatic transplanting machine

Automatic transplanting machine for planting in trays and packs.
Equipped with 16 to 24 grippers.
All grippers are equipped with servo motors for high efficiency and flexibility.
Up to 28.000 plants per hour depending on number of grippers, plant material and planting configuration.
Easy to change to different planting programs, with hardly no downtime.
No mechanical change over.
Several settings can be changed while the machine is in operation, such as: picking height of the grippers, planting height of the grippers and the speed of the machine.
End of batch option to finish with only a part of the regular plug trays.
For a more gentle approach of the plants and to reduce the damage to the plants, the grippers beams are equipped with a side shift.
Grippers are suitable to pick up a wide variety of plants. And in a big range of plug sizes.
Grippers are easy to adjust to different plug sizes and gripping pressure.
No push up system needed.

Medium sized gripper : for plug sizes from 20mm up to 70mm in diameter. Even bigger plants can be picked up when the plant allows the needles to be at a circle of 70mm.
Plant height : 200mm, from the bottom of the tray to the top of the plant.
