This is a common used internal transport system, based on a special developed forklift with an automatic spacing system and forks to match. The system is suitable for almost any pot/tray size and for many nursery types. The forks have originally been developed for pots, but it’s also possible to transport trays with the forks. The trays will be taken of the wide conveyor belt the same way as the pots. However it depends on the type of tray and the capacity of the machine if both pots and trays can be transported over the same processing line. There are forklifts for concrete floors and floors covered with anti-root clothing with all sorts of materials underneath, such as Lava. The forklifts are available in both the diesel and electrical edition.
